About the Artist

Simon Dewey, the only son of a London bus driver, began actively pursuing his artist dreams at age seventeen by accepting an invitation to study at a London art college. But after realizing that the liberal values of a big-city art school were in conflict with his own, he left school and took a job as a corporate ads illustrator. After several years of experience, he set up his own freelance operations and quickly became well known among London publishing and advertising circles.

In recent years, Simon has become famous for his real passion - creating family and religious-themed art. Since his first fine art print was published in 1997, he has found great great reception among art collectors. Many marvel at the masterful way he portrayed the Savior and captured tender and magnificent moments in time from the life of Jesus Christ. His inspirational fine art not only provides the collectable value but also brings the spiritual comfort to the people who see it.
